Chair Yoga 2019 - Jennifer Hammonds is back teaching Chair Yoga

Vegan Dinner – Eating Mindfully:

From time to time, we host wonderfully creative vegan (no animal products) dinners, introducing the concept of eating mindfully. Each dinner is phenomenally delicious and a great chance to hang out with some wonderful people who can say “namaste” without irony! As we eat, we will practice moments of mindfulness and reflection. Suggested donation is $20.00 per person ($35 per couple) to help fund our outreach programs. Stay tuned for future dates!
