Welcome to our inclusive, engaged community! Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, from a strong faith to mostly doubt, you will find you are in good company here.

We believe in asking questions, studying, and learning from one another. We gather to worship God who calls us to love, grow and live transformed lives. We see in Jesus the model we seek: compassion and active engagement, springing from a well of deep spirituality.

Our roots are in the Reformed tradition whose motto is, "The Church reformed, is always reforming." So, we seek to be open to how God's Spirit is leading us, in our context and in our times, to live in God's love.

We meet for Traditional and Contemporary worship, education, the fine arts, health and wellness programs, and service ministries of compassion and support.

Come join us! You will be welcome at Gulf Shores First Presbyterian Church - no exceptions!

This year’s Kaleidoscope Summer Fine Arts Camp students will be able to choose from eight different classes: Pottery, Painting, Mixed Media, Pastels, Drama/Musical Theater, Dance, Music and Storytelling/Spoken Word. When registering, students will rate their top four class selections, and those signing up in advance will be registered according to their selections. Sponsored through a partnership between the Gulf Coast Arts Alliance and the First Presbyterian Church of Gulf Shores, the camp is held at the church June 25-29 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Each afternoon ends with a professional, live performance. This year’s line up includes cellist Della Grigsby, the University of Alabama’s SummerTide Theater cast from “Pump Boys & Dinettes”, pianist Kayla Dowling and storyteller Elizabeth Vander Kamp.
