We believe in helping our members and the community to reach and maintain their healthy lifestyle goals. Below are some of the programs we offer to do just that.


Flow Yoga: 

Led by Jennifer Hammonds for all levels and ages. Suggested donation: $10 per class.


Weekly Schedule (All classes held at the church in our very own yoga room):

Tuesday: 5:45 p.m.

Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. 

Wednesday Chair Yoga: 11:15 a.m.

Saturday: 8:30 a.m.

Sunday:  5:45 p.m. (gentle restorative stretching)


No Yoga on the following days:

Dec. 24: Christmas Eve; Dec. 25: Christmas Day; Jan 1: New Year's Day.


Vegan Dinner – Eating Mindfully:

From time to time, we host wonderfully creative vegan (no animal products) dinners, introducing the concept of eating mindfully. Each dinner is phenomenally delicious and a great chance to hang out with some wonderful people who can say “namaste” without irony! As we eat, we will practice moments of mindfulness and reflection. Suggested donation is $20.00 per person to help fund our outreach programs.
